    • A: Complete, and submit, the form on our BOOKINGS page. We will get back to you promptly.

  • Q: Do you handle all the permits and paperwork required for a park wedding?

    • A: Yes, we take care of obtaining all necessary permits and handle the paperwork, so you can focus on enjoying your special day. The permit costs are built into the price, so there are no additional permit prices.

  • Q: Can you help us choose the perfect park location?

    • A: Absolutely! We offer a variety of park locations and will work with you to find the one that best suits your vision and guest list.

  • Q: What are the options for a park wedding ceremony setup?

    • A: We offer several setups that can be viewed on our PACKAGES page.

  • Q: Do you provide full wedding planning services or just the ceremony?

    • A: Our services only cover the ceremony. However, we are happy to provide vendor recommendations. Please do your research when contacting other vendors.

  • Q: What if we also want a reception at the park?

    • A: There are venues at the parks that can be reserved through the park’s website. We can provide you with the link to reserve the venues online. We do not manage, nor have control, of these venues.

  • Q: Are there options for customizing the wedding package?

    • A: Yes, we try to offer as much customization as possible with our packages. Please take a look at our PACKAGES page to see what is customizable.

  • Q: What happens if it rains?

    • A: It is a requirement for couples to have a backup location that provides shelter from inclement weather. We will work with couples to determine the best backup location. The backup location can be your reception location if you receive permission from the venue. We have the flexibility to move your ceremony time forward, or backward, by 1 & 1/2 hours if the couple approves. This time adjustment allows for inclement weather to pass by.

  • Q: Where are you located?

    • A: We are located in Norton Shores, Michigan. However, we service parks in Grand Rapids, Kent County, and private locations in surrounding areas.

  • Q: How do you handle logistics like parking and guest accessibility?

    • A: Parking at the parks is done on a first-come, first-served, basis. We recommend morning, or sunset times to avoid the busy park hours during the middle of the day.

  • Q: Can you help with recommendations for local vendors like photographers and caterers?

    • A: Definitely! However, we recommend couples meet with these vendors to ensure they are the right fit for them. We cannot take responsibility of 3rd party vendors, but we always
